Art for Wellness is a free community-based therapeutic art program for participants of all ages* that explores creativity as a tool for well-being, self-expression, and connection. Using repurposed and reclaimed materials, participants will engage in guided art experiences that promote mindfulness, emotional wellness, and community building while discovering new possibilities in everyday objects. These events encourage shared creative experiences and opportunities to practice wellness skills together.
Art Therapy Studio connects people with the healing power of art therapy. Their goal is to empower those they serve to reach their full potential while minimizing financial barriers to mental health services. Upcycle Parts Shop is proud to collaborate with them to introduce our community to the services they offer.
The workshops will run from 1:00-3:00pm on the Sundays listed below in our Craft Café.

*This is an all-ages community wellness program:
Children ages 5–18 are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult throughout the event.
This is not a drop-off program.
To help maintain a welcoming and safe environment for participants of all ages, attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in a manner appropriate for a shared community space where children and families may be present.
Participants whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or interferes with the experience of others may be asked to leave the program.
